How we protect your data
  • Your PIN is never stored. Only a salted cryptographic hash (PBKDF2, 100,000 rounds) is kept — no one, including us, can read it back.
  • Everything travels encrypted. All connections use HTTPS/TLS
  • Your data stays yours. Each family's calendar lives in its own private space, visible only after signing in. No ads, no tracking, no selling data.
  • Smart suggestions, right on your device. Hearth intelligently turns your calendar into to-do tasks and prep suggestions, computed entirely in your browser. No AI service, no cloud analysis: your data never leaves your devices for it.
  • Guessing is blocked. Repeated wrong PIN attempts are locked out automatically.
